Can you fix a window the same day I call?
Sometimes. It comes down to whether your glass is something we can pick up cut to size or something a fabricator has to build, and we can usually tell you which one it is on the phone.
What do you need from me before you can quote?
A look at the window. We measure in person, because glass bought on a guess gets bought twice. It helps to know what kind of frame you have and how the glass broke, so we arrive prepared.
Can you replace just one pane of a double-pane window?
The two panes of an insulated window are built as one sealed unit at the factory, so when one side breaks, the whole unit is replaced as a piece. Your frame and sash stay where they are.
I'm past Gresham, out toward Troutdale. Will you still come?
Call and ask. Gresham is comfortably inside our range, and east of it is often workable too; it depends on the job and the week's schedule, and you'll get a straight yes or no on the phone.
Do you replace whole windows, or just glass?
